Solidarietà con gli operai della Fiat Plastik di Kraguievac (Serbia) in sciopero!

Giovedì 18 febbraio è scoppiato lo sciopero nella fabbrica Fiat Plastik di Kragujevac, in Serbia, che produce i paraurti della 500 L. L’azienda è una consociata della FCA Srbija (ex Zastava).

La causa principale della lotta, che è promossa da un Comitato di sciopero composto da giovani operai, sono le riduzioni di salario, avvenute con un atto di prepotenza della direzione dello stabilimento, e le riduzioni dell’indennizzo per i giorni di ferie, inferiori a quelle di altre aziende.

In totale, sono circa 15.000 dinari (128 euro) al mese rubati agli operai della Fiat Plastik, per incrementare i profitti dell’azienda, che beneficia anche di sussidi statali.

I rappresentanti del Comitato di sciopero hanno dichiarato che lo sciopero andrà avanti bloccando l’intera produzione finché le rivendicazioni degli operai, che consistono anzitutto nel riportare il salario al livello precedente, non saranno soddisfatte. 

Un primo sciopero di avvertimento era stato effettuato il 12 gennaio, senza però raggiungere nessun accordo nelle trattative con l’azienda che sono andate avanti sino ai primi di febbraio.

La direzione aziendale aveva messo in libertà gli operai martedì scorso per cercare di evitare lo sciopero, i cui effetti si faranno sentire nei prossimi giorni in altre fabbriche FCA del distretto.

Il proletariato di Kragujevac è all’avanguardia della classe operaia serba. La lotta che avviene oggi è la prosecuzione del grande sciopero avvenuto in Fiat nel 2017, che ha dimostrato la forza dei giovani operai e ha dato impulso alla formazione di un’avanguardia rivoluzionaria di classe in Serbia.

Lo sciopero odierno degli operai della Fiat Plastik svela il vero volto del capitalismo e dell’imperialismo che per sopravvivere aumenta lo sfruttamento del proletari, gettandoli nella miseria e peggiorando le sue condizioni di lavoro e di vita. Condizioni non certo dissimili da quelle che vivono gli operai FCA nel nostro paese, sottoposti a sfruttamento bestiale, turni massacranti, mancanza di misure di salute e sicurezza, salari da fame.

Dimostra che nonostante le difficili condizioni della pandemia l’azione indipendente di classe mette in seria difficoltà i padroni e incoraggia migliaia di altri operai a riprendere la via della lotta per imporre le proprie necessità e farla finita con lo sfruttamento capitalistico.

Esprimiamo piena solidarietà alla lotta degli operai della Fiat Plastik e denunciamo i piani antioperai della FCA e del governo serbo, così come quelli del governo Draghi che sostiene il monopolio automobilistico.

Invitiamo gli operai Fiat e il sindacalismo di lotta del nostro paese ad esprimere azioni di solidarietà con gli operai di Serbia.

Solidarity with the workers of Fiat Plastik of Kraguievac (Serbia) on strike!

On 18 February started the strike in the factory Fiat Plastik of Kragujevac, in Serbia, that produces the bumpers of the 500 L. The factory is a subsidiary of the FCA Srbija (former Zastava).

The principal cause of the struggle, that is promoted by a Committee of strike, mainly composed by young workers, is the reductions of the wages, imposed with an arrogant action by the direction of the factory, and the reductions of the indemnification for the days of vacations, inferior to those of other firms.

In total, they are around 15.000 dinars (128 €) every month stolen to the workers of Fiat Plastik, to increase the profits of the capitalists that take also government benefits.

The representatives of the Committee of strike have declared that the strike go on stopping the whole production until the demands of the workers, that consist in bringing the wages to the preceding level, will be satisfied.

A first strike of warning had been realized on January 12, without reaching any agreement with the bosses in the negotiation process that lasted until the first of February.

The direction of the factory had set the workers free last Tuesday to try to avoid the strike, whose effects will be felt in the next days in other FCA factories of the district.

The proletariat of Kragujevac is the vanguard of the Serb working class. The struggle that break out now is the prosecution of the great strike carried out in Fiat during 2017, which has shown the strength of the young workers and has given impulse to the formation of a revolutionary avant-garde of class in Serbia.

The today’s strike of the workers of the Fiat Plastik show the true face of capitalism and imperialism that increases the exploitation of the proletariat in order to assure its survival, throwing them in the poverty and worsening their conditions of work and life. These conditions are not different from the ones experienced by the workers of FCA in our country, submitted to bestial exploitation, exhausting shifts, lack of measures of health and safety, starvation wages.

The strike shows that despite the difficult conditions of the pandemic the independent action of the working class puts in serious difficulty the bosses and encourages thousands of others workers to struggle in order to impose their own needs and to end with the capitalistic exploitation.

We express full solidarity to the struggle of the workers of the Fiat Plastik and denounce the anti-worker machination of FCA, of Serb government as well as of Draghi government that supports the automotive monopoly.

We invite the FCA workers and the militant trade union of our country to express actions of solidarity with the workers of Serbia.

Long live the struggle and the international solidarity of the working class!
